Practical Help for Your Website

Frequently Asked Questions
If You Need More Detail, Just Reach Out
What should my business tackle first?
Look at the path a customer takes. If the business never appears in search, improving the site alone may not be enough. If people visit but do not contact you, the pages may need work first. If both are working and you need more leads, marketing could be the next step. We discuss those choices in the first consultation, recommend a sensible order and can begin with one manageable project before adding anything else.
Can I hire you for one job only?
Absolutely. We can quote one redesign, search project or other specific need. There is no requirement to bundle services.
Can you improve a site built by another company?
Usually, yes. We inspect what is already there, explain its condition and point out the most useful repairs. Often the site can stay in place while we improve it.
What numbers will show progress?
We show what changed, not just what we worked on. Website reports cover visitors and inquiries, SEO reporting tracks search positions and visits, and marketing reports compare spending with the response. If the results do not support continuing the same approach, we will explain what should change.
